As a Service & UX designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience, I specialize in mixed-methods research and translating insights into digital solutions. My work spans B2C products, the public sector, and the education domains, with a focus on creating human-centered experiences with social impact.
My Design DNA

Human-Centered Inquiry
Instead of listening to what people are saying, observing what they do can catch the real experience. I agree with "Good design research is driven by understanding rather than data".

Insight-Oriented Decision
Problem-solving is not only about finding answers. It starts with asking the right questions through research.

Systemic Thinking
I consider micro, meso, and macro-level details and addressing both immediate needs and long-term impact.
