Key Contributions
Due to NDA restrictions, this section presents my work through text-based outcomes only.
Scaling the Design System
Structured brand assets, including logos, imagery, and illustrations, within the design system, and defined logo usage rules, sizing guidelines, and dos & don’ts with visual examples to support cross-team consistency.
Refine core UI components (e.g. radio buttons and chips), and author usage guidelines to support consistent and scalable use of the design system.
UX Flow Redesign on High-Traffic Page
Redesigned the UX flow of content card on the high-traffic Study Page, contributing to boost click-through rates on the key partner call-to-action button and driving increased revenue.
Designed clear error state for the Omisearch page to handle loading failures, empty results, and filtering errors, improving usability in edge cases.
UX Research
Conducted the 2025 Net Performance Score (NPS) analysis, identifying key pain points and opportunities from user comments to inform 2026 product strategy.
Researched participant recruitment tools to support more efficient sourcing and better participant quality.
Built internal analysis tools with automated calculations to facilitate NPS comment analysis and track recurring product themes.
Tools I used

Key Learnings & Reflections
Integrating Benchmarking into Everyday Workflow
I learned to incorporate benchmarking more intentionally into my design workflow to understand why certain patterns work and how they can be adapted to different contexts.
This approach helps me to build stronger design rationale and communicate evidence-based suggestions more confidently to the team.
Taking Ownership and Challenging Design Decisions
I learned to challenge peers constructively by expressing a clear design rationale and staying open to feedback.
This experience pushed me to take greater ownership of my design decisions and contribute more proactively to team discussions.
Designing with Intent and Clear Rationale
If an element could not be clearly justified, it likely did not belong. This mindset helped me to create more intentional designs and communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.
